What is your returns policy?
Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns.
If your product is faulty, please refer to our contact us form and include your order number and our team will assist you. Please reach out within 48h of receiving your item.
Did my order go through?
An order confirmation will be emailed to you following your purchase. If you are unable to locate your order details, please reach out using the contact us form and we will provide further assistance.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
If you are within Australia, we can deliver to a PO Box, residential or business address.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation which includes tracking details. Please follow the link to track your order. Kindly allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update once dispatched.
What happens if my parcel gets lost or stolen?
Forever Juné is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. If you have an issue with your parcel we encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number as they will have the most up-to-date information and will be best suited to help you.

I accidentally entered incorrect details in my order, can you fix it?
We will do our very best to update any incorrect order details. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so. Therefore, we ask that you kindly double check all details before submitting your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be cancelled as we dispatch our orders as they come in.
